A product review can be written by anyone and viewed by millions. There’s a strong case to be made to have your voice heard. However, there are moments when it goes too far. If a product fails to meet a customer’s needs or an organisation fails to provide excellent service, certain reviewers want to punish them. And reviews are a fantastic way to do so. There are articles and reviews on the Internet for almost every product you might think of. Although the reward of reading a tonne of articles which seem to be worthwhile, the chore of spending several hours comparing and contrasting various models and products and trying to balance all of the benefits and drawbacks as you go through the process is not always. The dynamics of the popular daily analysis, or what may be best referred to as the “passive” review, are the key to the response.
